The Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electric Vehicles (MOR-EV) program issues rebates to drivers of electric vehicles. The MOR-EV Trucks Program aims to increase the use of electric trucks and buses in the state of Massachusetts so as to reduce air pollution emissions. Purchases or leases of battery-electric and fuel cell vehicles that cost less than $2 million and have a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than 6,000 pounds are eligible to receive a rebate. Rebates are based on gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and decline as rebate blocks are filled.
