Farmingdale State College is ABET accredited and is thereby recognized by NYSED for the issuance of CEU/PDH credit for professional engineers and architects. CEUs are equal to 1/10th of hours attended e.g. a 10 hour workshop is equal to 1 unit. PDH are equal to the total hours attended for the course. Presenters will be eligible for PDF/CEU credits toward presentation times plus preparation time. The ratio is 1 part presentation to 2 parts preparation.

Professionals wishing CEU/PDH credit must sign in and sign out for proof of attendance during every scheduled class. Attendees must keep certification letters for six years and would produce the same if asked to do so during a NYSED licensee audit.
