National Grid Residential EV Charging Infrastructure Program

National Grid's residential EV charging infrastructure program offers residential and low-income residential customers rebates for EV smart chargers and 240V circuit/outlet purchases for the purpose of charging an EV. Rebates are available for single-family households and 2-4 unit buildings.

Madison Gas & Electric - Charge Ahead Program

Madison Gas & Electric's Charge Ahead program provides customers with an incentive for charging primarily during off-peak hours. Customers participating in the program receive a credit of $8 per month during the summer and $4 per month during other months if they charge at least 80% during off-peak hours. The program does not require the customer to have their own charging station.

Vermont Replace Your Ride Program

Administered by the Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE), Vermont offers a rebate to residential consumers wanting to replace their old internal combustion engine vehicles with a new or used plug-in EV. The incentive is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on funding availability, and certain requirements are waived for flood-damaged vehicles. The Illinois Shines Program is a state-administered solar incentive program created to facilitate the development of new photovoltaic distributed generation and community solar projects through the issuance of renewable energy credit delivery contracts. At least 50% of Illinois's solar REC procurement target must be supplied through this program.

ComEd - Distributed Generation Rebates

As required by Illinois law, Commonwealth Edison offers rebates for distributed generation installation. Rebates are available as follows:

  • For systems not owned by Residential or Under 100 kW Demand Class, or for Community Solar systems, the available rebate is $250 per kW
  • For these customers, an additional rebate of $250 per kW is available for installation of energy storage systems
  • For systems owned by Residential or Under 100 kW Demand Class customers, the available rebate is $300 per kW
  • For these customers, an additional rebate of $300 per kW is available for installation of energy storage systems

City of Oakland - Solar Access Ordinance

17.65.080.A.3.B - Maximum Floor Area Ratio

Regards the maximum floor area ratio regulation for the city of Oakland. It specifies the conditions for a conditional use permit for an FAR or up to 3.0 in the HBX-3 and HBX-4 zones. Including that “the additional Floor Area Ratio does not significantly decrease the solar access of existing adjacent single family homes or duplexes to a degree greater than would be created if the facility were built according to the base FAR.”

MOR-EV Trucks Program

The Massachusetts Offers Rebates for Electric Vehicles (MOR-EV) program issues rebates to drivers of electric vehicles. The MOR-EV Trucks Program aims to increase the use of electric trucks in the state of Massachusetts so as to reduce air pollution emissions. Purchases or leases of battery-electric and fuel cell vehicles that cost less than $2 million and have a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than 10,000 pounds are eligible to receive a rebate. Rebates are based on gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) and decline as rebate blocks are filled.

10,001 - 14,000 GVWR: $15,000
