Green Pass Discount

The New York Thruway Authority offers a special 10% discount on E-ZPasses for Hybrid vehicles that get at least 45 miles to the gallon. Eligible vehicles must be certified to the California Super Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (SULEV) standard for vehicles of model year 2005 or later. Vehicles from pre-model year 2005 must be certified  to the California Ultra Low Emission Vehicle (ULEV) standard. A list of eligible vehicles can be found here.
