Delmarva Power offers rebates for electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) through the EVsmart program. Delmarva Power offers a $300 rebate to residential customers who install a Level 2 smart charger at their home. The company also offers a 50% discount for the purchase of Level 2 smart chargers and a 100% discount for the installation of Level 2 smart chargers for multifamily customers, up to $15,000.
