Advanced Green Technologies (AGT) and Advanced Renewable Energy (ARE) announced today they have consolidated their businesses. The newly combined business will operate under the Advanced Green Technologies name, to create a global commercial solar energy contractor that will focus on the North American and Caribbean solar markets. Furthermore, as of June 3rd, 2013 AGT’s distribution services will close, in order to direct all resources towards EPC services.AGT is currently a leading commercial solar energy contractor (i.e. integrator, EPC) that has completed more than 75 Megawatts of solar energy solutions throughout the Northeast United States and Canada while ARE expertise lies in commercial solar energy solutions for the Florida and Caribbean markets.
