Pacific Solar Energy was founded by David Pascualy. David earned a BSEE from UC Davis and dreamed of developing and implementing large-scale solar energy solutions for forward thinking companies. The first projects the company developed were in residential solar thermal and photovoltaic systems, since then the company has grown to work exclusively on solar electric projects in the commercial and industrial sectors as well as local and municipal government.

Pacific Solar has grown into a full electrical design firm because of the need to integrate SCADA systems for monitoring and control in customer environments. Pacific Solar has designed a protocol to ensure a successful solar power integration to the customer’s electrical system which ultimately helps the client export excess energy to the utility company in a safe and code compliant manner. Pacific Solar works closely with the customer to help meet their energy saving goals, produce clean power and simplify the overall electrical management. Pacific Solar will continue to focus on the development of solar energy solutions for the commercial, industrial and government sectors. Energy use in these areas is high and the financial benefits are attractive when compared with other key projects, but the positive impact to the environment will benefit us all for generations to come.
