Our History Prospect Solar, LLC is a sister company of Prospect Waterproofing Company, an industry leader in value and commercial roofing and waterproofing since 1992. With over 20 years of attending to the needs of clients and providing services directly related to roofing and waterprooding, it was only natural for Prospect to begin an investigation into the solar market. Solid growth in the market, improvements in technology, and increased efficiency in installation methods revealed great potential to diversify through Prospect Solar. Each solar system designed and installed by Prospect Solar directly benefits from decades of roofing and waterproofing experience. Our clients' trust their investment in solar is protected, as well as their roofs. Our Mission Prospect Solar built on a solid foundation derived from over 20 years of commercial construction expertise to deliver exceptional quality and service in full-service solar installations. Solar Design and Installation Prospect Solar specializes in the design and installation of solar energy systems. Our services include engineering, economic analysis, financing, monitoring, SREC brokerage, and custom installations. Prospect Solar's turnkey systems are prepared to take on the elements, maintain roof warranties, and produce maximum power; all while adhering to the highest safety and aesthetic standards. Prospect Solar's main service region includes Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland. We are also willing to travel further for custom installations. We offer solar to multiple facets of the community, including (but not limited to): Agricultural, Commercial, Educational, Government, Small Business, and Residential.
