This video from the Wall Street Journal is a commentary on the obstacles facing everyone interested in installing solar panels on their homes.  While California is still the biggest market for solar in the country, pockets are having problems.  The biggest takeaway from this piece is a.) that the financing landscape is finally starting to improve and b.) the mainstream media is really starting to pay attention to the renewable energy industry.
