Alexandra Harrison leads ONTILITY’s Customer Support and Strategy department. She is responsible for managing the following teams: Training, Design and Consulting, Marketing, Customer Service/Support, Leasing and National Strategic Accounts. Prior to joining ONTILITY, Alexandra developed and managed the sales training program at Standard Renewable Energy. She was responsible for establishing company-wide policies and procedures through technology-based applications to support the sales to installation processes for all business lines. Specific areas included customer support, business operations, sales tactics and strategic account management.
