Our business philosophy centers on the idea of utilizing the experience and resources that we have acquired over the past 25 years in the contracting and development business for the benefit of customers who wish to renovate their property rather than demolish and replace.

This approach to construction comes in part from our appreciation for the historic architecture that we are so blessed with in Chicago, and in part from our overall commitment toward conservation of resources.
