We called Ron at Super Solar Systems, LLC to give us an renewable energy analysis on one of our homes. We made an appointment with him and he showed up 10 minutes early! He measured our roof, looked in the attic, inspected our breaker panel and then told us our huge tree in the front yard was obstructing the sun. We told him the tree was the main reason we bought the house, he then looked over the whole property and told us he could design an array over our boat lift and deck that would act as a roof also. He told us if we trimmed the tree up some he could install a solar hot water heater, he also suggested integrating wind turbines on all of our dock pilings to add wattage to the system. He then told us the attic insulation we had was inadequate. We were quite amazed with his knowledge and decided to go ahead with the solar array first. Well, he completed the solar array under budget and on time! Looks awesome and produces enough energy to reduce our consumption by 65%! He is now installing the Solar Hot Water Heater, a solar pool heater, had people come out and trim our tree nicely and installed more attic insulation. We have already ordered the wind turbines from him and once everything is installed, we will be getting a credit from the electric company instead of the $300+ bill every month!
