Approximately 75% of our competitors use subcontractors for roof installations. Using subcontractors cannot only lead to a subpar installation but it can also present a danger to the building owner. If an uninsured subcontractor is hurt on your property you could be sued. Remember just because a company produces a worker’s compensation certificate it does not necessarily mean all installers are covered, in fact in most cases they are not. They do not estimate or participate in the sales aspect of the business; their sole purposes are customer service, quality installations, and safety.
